What is the first step for reserving an apartment?
Fill the enclosed form (please click on Reservations) with your personal information and selection of apartment. Then send this information to
reservas@limabestapartments.com. We will contact your phone or e-mail within the next 24 hours to answer any questions you may have.

How do I confirm a reservation?
The reservation is confirmed by depositing 20% of the cost for your stay (in US dollars) through
Western Union or
MoneyGram. Upon making this deposit, you must confirm the transaction via e-mail to us so that we can issue you a reservation code within the next 24 hours. At that time, the chosen apartment will be reserved for you between the dates of arrival and departure designated by you.

What happens if a reservation is cancelled?
LimaBestApartments will not reimburse any deposit. If a customer cancels a reservation, instead of reimbursement he can use that amount as credit in a next visit.

What is the minimum apartment rental period?
The minimum stay at most of the apartments listed on this website is one week. However, certain apartments can be rented for a shorter period (check the rental terms for each apartment).

What is the accepted method of payment?Both the rent and the security deposit are paid in cash only, in US dollars and/or equivalent euros.

When is the rent paid?
The rent is fully paid in advance at the time of checking into the apartment and signing the contract in case of rental periods of less than one month. For longer periods, the rent for the first month is paid in advance. At the end of the first month, the customer pays for the next month, and so on successively.

Is it necessary to make a security deposit covering the rent?
Upon checking in and signing the contract, the customer must deliver the following as security deposit:
- For stays of 1 to 2 weeks, a deposit equal to one week's rent.
- For stays of 2 weeks to 1 month, an amount equal to two weeks' rent.
- For stays of more than one month, a deposit equal to one month's rent.

What is the apartment check-in time?
The check-in time from 9am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday. There is an extra charge of US $ 15.00 for check-ins outside those hours. A member of our staff will greet you at an agreed time arranged at least three days in advance.

Are there extra charges for electricity and water? Are taxes included in the price?
For rentals up to 03 months prices include all water and electricity charges as well as the building maintenance costs. Prices also include all taxes (only for rentals up to 03 months).

Is there a cleaning service? How frequent is this service?
All our apartments include weekly cleaning service and change of towels and sheets. If this service is required more frequently, it can be obtained at extra charge.

How are the apartments equipped?
The equipment is listed in the individual description of each apartment and varies according to its category and price. All the apartments are completely furnished and have kitchen utensils, tableware, sheets and towels.

What happens if something is broken or lost?
There is an inventory attached as part of the contract. If something is missing, broken or spoiled due to misuse, the customer must pay for it at the price indicated in the inventory.
